We were tasked with aiding their expansion from Arizona to Montana with the addition of a new bridge building facility in the town of Libby. The location of this project required an expedited process due to potential winter weather causing transportation and construction delays. Coordination of final delivery was a critical piece of this objective. It was necessary to schedule transportation seamlessly in order for the construction crews to begin working immediately. Designed to accommodate six 5-ton top running double girder cranes, holding three in each bay, this building was fabricated with over two million pounds of steel. This project required multiple truckloads in order to transport the 200’ x 500’ x 48’ main structure and the additional lean-to and patio. This expansive steel building was built up with ease and our customer was able to occupy faster due to our streamlined approach.
