Copper Brothel Brewery

In 2015, The Jesser Family took on the mission to carry out their late Grandpa Glen’s dream of opening up a brewery. While they had dabbled in home-brewing as a hobby, they had never thought it would lead to a family business. Armed with prior business experience, they set out to make this a reality. The Jesser Family came to us with their ideas in mind for a unique building infused with character and practical for their brewery and restaurant goals.

One of the greatest feats of this project was creating a space that would house their brewing equipment and support a fully functioning restaurant. After a series of brainstorming conversations between our teams, we were able to draft a modern design with a step down roof and an open patio at the right endwall. The family was able to incorporate our exclusive Bunger Rust color option into their wall panels achieving the look of a weathered exterior complimented by Copper Penny trim and roof panels.

We spent a lot of one-on-one time with the family making it easy for them to make changes to their structure when necessary. For example, when The Jesser Family decided the black backed insulation would be better suited for their building, we were able to accommodate it with ease. This open line of communication is part of what sets us apart and is standard for every customer.

This tight knit group came together to expand, what was once a homebrewing hobby, into a large scale operation in Sonoita, AZ. Grandpa Glen’s dream now stands materialized as a 90’x67’x15’/19′ steel building. A 6,030 sq ft structure is home to the good eats, even better beer and a beautiful pre-fabricated metal building that will last for many years to come.
